A Perfect Shine does NOT subcontract or use Independent Contractors. We perform all cleaning services with our own employees. A Perfect Shine is Licensed, Bonded and Insured. We provide uniformed employees in company cars. When comparing rates and companies, make sure you ask the following questions:

1. Do you cover your employees with Worker’s Compensation?

2. Are you an actual employer as opposed to a referral agency?

3. Do you pay employment taxes?
